Week beginning 2nd February 2026
This half term Year 3 have been evaluating, planning and making mazes. They created prototypes out of paper and card to check their designs worked, before using was to make their final design.
Week beginning 26th January 2026
This half term the year group have really enjoyed Forest school. They have made dens, climbed trees, rolled in the mud, created crafts and cooked on the campfire to name just a few of the activities.
Week beginning 19th January
In our PE sessions with SCS, the children have been working on their gymnastics skills. They have been perfecting their balances and rolls.

Happy New Year to all of our year 3 families!
In maths this half term, we will be learning about measures. We started off our unit with a practical lesson of measuring different objects in cm and mm. The children worked fantastically with their partners and were able to measure accurately.
