This week in PSHE, the children have been learning about what it means to be a good friend. Through thoughtful discussions and engaging role play activities, they explored different friendship scenarios and considered how their actions can impact others.
The children acted out situations where someone might feel excluded or lonely, and worked together to identify kind and supportive ways to respond. They showed a growing understanding of empathy, inclusion, and the importance of looking out for one another.

The children have made a fantastic start to the Summer term. In maths, we are developing our understanding of fractions. This week we have been ordering and comparing fractions. In English, we have started our new non-fiction unit, Newspaper Reports. We have been looking at a news report called Boy Wins All, based on the text that we have already learnt, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Here is our story map. I wonder if your child can recall the report?
